I’ve always hated the government mandated minimum wage ever since I first voted for it in the early 70s. My rent went up immediately. And so did everything else. I moved to a smaller apartment. When the minimum wage was increased again (Ididn’t vote for it this time) I was forced into a smaller apartment. I ended up in a tiny one-room apartment and eventually a walk-in closet off the bathroom in a “hippie house”. Government, STOP TRYING TO HELP THE POOR! YOU KNOW IT’S JUST A TRICK TO KEEP POWER!

YOU WANT THE FACTS, NOT LIES?
No wonder immigration policies are in a mess, when the government is entirely to blame for ignoring the laws they are supposed to enforce. Not only has previous governments made it easy to slip past the border fence, but not even tracking the visa overstays, display the corruption emanating from Washington and many blue States. I’m convinced that the illegal alien invasion has been encouraged by different administrations, in collusion with many business entities. Just read the daily newspaper and other press reporting at AMERICAN PATROL Daily News Reporting, by clicking on the particular media and then be made aware of the disgusting situation from commentary around America.

These shocking statistics tell a tale of a failing immigration system, when 57% of immigrants with children in America, legal and illegal, are on some sort of public assistance. Where’s the benefit of this for American citizens? Other informational services you should also check are NumbersUSA, for political intelligence from insiders in both parties. Another website to check out is Judicial Watch that penetrates sources about corruption in Washington and the States. Here’s another report from Rep. It is time to protect our jobs, our economy and from illegal immigration, as both parties have shown no intention of halting these crippling issues. By Joining the TEA PARTY, we can put an end to illegal immigration and stopping the hemorrhaging of jobs to foreign countries. Taking money from taxpayers to subsidize foreign nationals is downright treasonous and must discontinue. Giving out $113 Billion a year in entitlements to foreign nationals to appease the open borders set and the Leftist extremist minority is a sickening situation must end. That’s why millions of Americans tormented by this financial, ethical and legal evidence are joining the conservative TEA PARTY. Under analysis is the executive directives of Eric Holder, so is there another move of Obama’s Liberal activists to covertly pass another damaging amnesty as in 1986, the TEA PARTY will be ready to scream “impeachment.”

The Tea Party is not spurting ahead not by hundreds–but millions and expected to vote into the political arena, even more moderate conservative leaders. Other issues to be brought to the attention are Consumer Tax (Flat Tax) that contains no loopholes for anybody. Shrinking the IRS and the US government, and returning all agencies, not spelled out in the US Constitution to individual states. This government is hurting America through mounting regulations and rules. Renegotiate all prior foreign free trade agreements, so we have a balanced fair imports and exports. Right now China and Mexico are the prime countries that are ripping off consumer buyers.

Under the TEA PARTY agenda there will be no Amnesties, Sanctuary cities or States, no Dream Acts and no policies that rescind the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control bill. The TEA PARTY will instruct Congress, to mandate E-Verify for inveterate business owners and (S-Comm) Secure Communities to fingerprint and forward to ICE. The TEA PARTY will rescind a law that allows all illegal immigrants benefits and welfare payments. Parents of instant citizenship babies will still be deported, so they will either take the baby with them or allow another legal relative to look after them. As in conclusion the TEAPARTY will place a moratorium on—ALL—immigration, until every US citizen or legal green card holder has a job. IF YOU’RE AGAINST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, THE ONLY CHANCE TO STOP IT IS THE TEA PARTY. This commentary from a blog really opened my eyes to the “Conflict of Interests” between federal law and each State.
“Even state and local officers authorized … to investigate, apprehend, or detain immigrants do not have the authority to remove immigrants; removal is exclusively the purview of the federal government,” Paez wrote. “We do not believe that Congress intended to grant states the authority to remove immigrants.”

That is blatantly wrong. The current official interpretation of the Constitution grants states the authority to remove illegal aliens. Article 1 Section 9 of the Constitution specifically cites the states’ authority to decide which immigrants will be admitted. Illegal immigration proponents claim that Section is only intended to deal with slavery. If that is true, Section 1 of the 14th Amendment only applies to the issue of slavery. They cannot have it both ways. If states do not have the authority to remove illegal aliens, then anchor babies are not citizens. Eventually, the Supremes will sort out these contradictions.
