The FBI and local state gov. needs to arrest the perpetrator, and those that assisted by publishing the death threat, and giving it credence:

Under state criminal codes, which vary by state, it is an offense to knowingly utter or convey a threat to cause death or bodily harm to any person. It is also an offense to threaten to burn, destroy or damage property or threaten to kill, poison or injure an animal or bird that belongs to a person.

The perpetrator needs to be arrested and tried criminally, and sentanced to a Federal prision, and the magazine editor needs to be arrested and tried civily, and fined, that is cause to pay legal restitution for promoting death threats against a National political figure. It is also a hate crime againt women, and Christians.

It seems the two crooks never learned two
things: they were in Montana and Patricia had been

Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men
broke through the front door of the house. She
quickly ran to her father’s room and grabbed his
12-gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.

Resindez was the first to get up to the second
floor only to be the first to catch a near point
blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old’s
knee-crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his
abdomen and genitals. (I LOVE A HAPPY ENDING).

When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took

I applaud all the comments. I’m anti-marxist as well. But, a quick point, proven. Communism is the most perfect government. Problem, only a few elite, like the one’s in power now would benefit from it. Everyone else would be totally suppressedin all characteristics that our present, not quite so perfect democracy presently provides. I’m retired from the military and oppose all those that favor communism. I’ll die fighting it with my guns blazing. It’s time to take our country back and send, Goros, Obama and all the freaks out of our country, this includes th U.N. since we own and pay for all it’s bills. We the taxpayers foot the bills our government see’s fit to spend any way they wish. you’d think they are spending their own, not true. Wake up America. Get rid of the anti-gun lobbiest as well, unless you wish to be defenseless. The second amendment was designed by our forefather’s for this very purpose. Keep your guns and keep america free.
