Herman Cain fires back at Garofalo, Olbermann

s Herman Cain a paid prop of conservative puppet masters trying to deflect charges of racism from the 2012 presidential field and the tea party? Comedienne Janeane Garofalo made that accusation last week on Keith Olbermann’s “Countdown” show on Current TV.

The former Godfather’s Pizza CEO and 2012 Republican presidential candidate addressed those allegations on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show on Monday. His only question: If that’s the case, where’s the money?

“Look, if Janeane Garofalo and these other loonies believe I’m being paid, would she send me the phone number because whoever is supposed to be paying me — they are behind on their payments, OK?” Cain said.

“As far as Olbermann talking about delusions of grandeur — see, Sean, you know this, I know this and most correct-thinking conservatives know this: When all else fails, the liberals call you names or attack your personality. I find it pathetic and hilarious that she is now resorting to this because what that means, Sean, is they are really concerned that I’m a threat to their beloved Barack Obama.”

Hannity asked Cain why accusations like Garofalo’s and statements like California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters, telling the tea party to “go straight to hell” are allowed to stand although a conservative couldn’t get by with it. Cain’s answer: It’s a double standard and a tactic of last resort for the left.

I think that Herman Cain is way over looked for his accomplishments and stand on the balanced budget. He would make any ticket a well rounded “knock out punch” against Obama.
I really think that he is being underestimated for what he could contribute to any Ticket. A constitutionalists, and a business man, who understands tax incentives. Also, someone that knows that the Illegal immigrants are a real problem here, and the borders need to be closed.

I am an old 80 year old man who served in the Marines during the Korean war and had marine buddies who were black and if Mr Caine and Rep. Alan West were to run it would make me very happy to have the privilege to vote for them to be our next president of the USA. But since I talk against Obama, I have been called a racist. What I find very interesting is that since the Tea Party supports the Constitution,and the Constitution is the Document that gives Us All Freedom, No matter the race or religion, and since white men also fought and died to free the slaves, supporting the Constitution and Pres. I have no idea why anyone would care what Ms. Garafolo’s opinions are regarding politics. The next thing you should do is to find a local Bible-believing, church to help you grow in your faith and to learn more about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
