Schumer Bro-in-law Judge Nod Stuns NJ

Sen. Charles Schumer’s brother-in-law was quietly nominated this month to a federal judgeship in New Jersey — a move that has some in the Garden State crying political foul, The Post has learned.

Kevin McNulty, who is married to Schumer’s sister, Fran, was named to the US District Court by the White House late on Friday, Dec. 16. According to a boilerplate quote, President Obama believes McNulty is a “distinguished individual” who “will serve the American people with integrity and a steadfast commitment to justice.”

New Jersey’s two US senators, Frank Lautenberg and Robert Menendez, followed that up with their own news release heaping praise on the nominee.

What no one mentioned is that McNulty, 57, was the last-minute choice of Lautenberg, who had been leaning toward other candidates until surprisingly submitting McNulty’s name to the White House.

  I rarely agree with Senator Schumer, and there is nothing illegal about someone being appointed to a federal judgeship who happens to be related to someone who is already employed by the government or an elected official. This appointment is politics in action. The sitting president is the one who decides who gets appointed to the federal bench and no one should expect him to pick anyone who is in opposition to his policies or political philosophy.

    I watched a program on a Christian channel last night called “Left Behind”, & it was a compelling story about the coming of the “anti-christ”, where people & kids were dissappearing, a UN President was taking over & controlling the world food supply, & relations with middle east were at peace, & plans to re-build a mosque/jewish synagogue next to each other in Egypt were underway…these were fortold in the bible, Daniel 7, is one of them….if Obama is planning this, since he thinks he’s the best Prez of 4 in our history, he may be following this prophecy after all. What you say is true! So how are not doing something about the Obama travesty going on with this judgeship appointment? Poor decisions made by any politician is still a decision that needs to be brought out in the light.

This is just another of Obama’s broken promises. There aren’t any middle of the road appointees available? This is just continued politics as usual and you are condoning it.

From what I read here and other sources, everyone is feed up to the ear with Obama, and rightly so, but my question is, why doesn’t any one try to do something about his horrendous acts? I will answer that for you in case you do not know the answer. If any one dares to stand up to him he will cry racism because he is, questionably, black, Then there will be a revolt on the part of the black race. Which will usher in martial law and there will be no election in 2012.
