Rep. Submits Bill to REPEAL Presidential Term Limits

Rep. Jose Serrano, a liberal New York Democrat, reintroduced a bill to repeal presidential term limits.

On Friday, Serrano introduced resolution 15, which would seek to repeal the 22nd Amendment, which limits presidents to two terms.
