Just when you think that the EPA can’t get any more out of control, it decides to change the border of a state.

According to an article on Trib.com, the EPA overturned a 1905 Federal Law by expanding the Wind River Indian Reservation:

CHEYENNE — Gov. Matt Mead’s administration is calling on the Environmental Protection Agency to freeze implementation of its recent decision that more than 1 million acres around Riverton remains legally Indian Country.

Wyoming Attorney General Peter Michael wrote Monday to national EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy and Regional Administrator Shawn McGrath in Denver asking them to reconsider the agency’s decision.

One more example of why the EPA should be shut down and eliminated forever.

    • CharlieSeattle

      No,

      Remember Love Canal?

    • Macjamm

America has become a Nation of dysfunctional bureaucracies there is not one Federal agency that functions as it was originally intended to function.. The FDA is run by the Food a Drug Corporations for their benefit not the Peoples benefit. The EPA is full of little Hitlers, as a Lowly Citizen try arguing the legality of any thing they do with a agent and see what happens to you. The IRS has become the Executive branch’s personal big stick.. The U.S. Department of Education sees its job as turning out the dumbest product that’s humanly possible.. I can continue to list agency after agency that absolutely does not work, so what good are they?? do you enjoy having a agency with a name that sounds like we need it even though they do nothing Good for the People at all…So pull your head out of your Canal we don’t need these broken dysfunctional bureaucracies…..

    • Screeminmeeme

      Well said.

    • RevG

stuff your love canal banter Chuck

    • CharlieSeattle

Let it be noted that the down votes are for blatant corporate pollution of ground, water and air.

      MORRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnns!

    • podunk1

Remember productive jobs before progressives decided $17 trillion consumption debt & $100’s trillions unfunded pension plans was better, or USA light bulbs that worked before the Chinese “mercury” candles that will eventually make everyone glow in the dark?

Yes we need some protections by law, but none by the revolutionary terrorist regulators who are destroying our country. I’ll bet we could whack at least 80% of EPA, and find ourselves saving many times whatever that is, in countless lower consumer prices.

    • El Lobo Solo

YOU must mean the corporation pollution funded by Obama bailouts & cronyism.
SOLYDRA, the shredding of Bald Eagles as they fly through GE windmills.

    • Screeminmeeme

      Hogwash.

    • CharlieSeattle

      Corporate Screeminmeeme Troll.

    • freedomringsforall

You’ve got the wrong regulatory agency.

    • CharlieSeattle

      no

    • freedomringsforall

      OOOps
I thought the EPA was established just after that but it had just recently been established and it was involved with that incident..

    • podunk1

The key is forcing the EPA into state and local courts, subjecting them to a jury of your peers, with exact copy of Constitutional Articles as law for the jury to determine guilt or innocence and damages, subjecting both the EPA and individuals acting on their behalf to criminal Civil Rights violations and civil damages as the case may warrant! Let there be zero room for corrupted “judicial precedence”! Consider the common sense finite resolution and preemptive justice of Amendments 7 and 8, as well as the 4th, 5th, & 6th.

  • Frank

Hope the State says kiss my ass.

  • Patricia Taylor

Can they do that? Doesn’t that constitute redistricting?

    • noelle20102

NO they can NOT do this!

  • Frank

They seem to do what they want not being elected to anything while our elected reps sit on their hands.

  • darylj46

First of all the EPA doesn’t have the authority to do that and it has to be brought before Congress. The EPA doesn’t have authority to change law or make laws. Read the Constitution on who has this authority

    • fatman45

      <sarcasm>That old thing?</sarcasm>

    • UpLateAgain

I don’t think even Congress has the authority to do that….. at least not without an amendment to the Constitution. Nowhere in the Constitution do the states agree to empower the federal government to change their borders or violate their sovereignty. The Constitution is specifically that contract that creates and empowers the federal government… and that empowerment is entirely by agreement among the states. In it, the states agree to accede to the federal government’s authority in 18 specific areas… with (by the tenth Amendment) all other power going to the states or the citizens. None of those things the federal government is currently allowed to do includes modifying any given state’s borders without the consent of the states involved.

    • darylj46

Your absolutely correct and before when a couple of the states had their borders changed it went thru the two states and because they couldn’t agree then it went to the federal court. I knew that too about having to go thru the states first.

  • Richard Greever

Just another broken promise to the native American population and abuse of power by the EPA and the Whitehouse

  • noelle20102

F$%K THIS OUT OF CONTROL GOVT!
THIS GOVT MUST BE TAKEN OUT NOW!
THE EPA HAS NO RIGHT TO OVERTURN ANY LAWS!
    ONLY THE CONGRESS CAN!
    THIS CRAP HAS TO END!
    ABOLISH THE EPA NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When the hell are voter going to start caring about this nation AND FIGHT BACK?
    DOES ANYONE CARE?
    TO ME THEY DONT!

      MORRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnns!

No matter how appropriate and lofty an ideal, these days if the government gets into it it just becomes another tool of authoritarianism and control for the government ends. Still I’m unsure we the people can redo and do better.

  • IHateLibs

DO AWAY WITH THE EPA AND ALL THOSE IN IT

    • CharlieSeattle

      No!

      Remember Love Canal?

  • kyrunner

The EPA under this administration has gone rogue. I honestly believe they think under this dictator wanna be that they can do whatever they want and it won’t be challenged. Sorry guys this is still America and the states still have rights. I sure hope Wyoming stands their ground and dares the EPA to not reverse this stupid decision.

  • prevailingwind

How does that fall into Environment.?? That’s just more over reach. They are a very dangerous agency with the support of the king.!!

  • slrassoc

It won’t end till the people cutt off the money and use their arms to stop the govt workers.

  • yennikcm

The whole Govt has gone Rogue Mad………..

  • Drosack

EPA needs a collective good ass kicking.

  • Joe Brooks

This is just a step away from giving US land to communist Chinese or enforcing Sharia law in the United States. I knew that when the Department of Justice met with tribal leaders a few months ago it would result in a broadening of entitlements and handouts, little did I realize it would be quite so treasonous. This is a thugocracy, pure and simple.

I hope the 10,000 American citizens (the ones who value their US heritage above their genetics) are armed. But, I’m sure the tribe in question would have no qualms about curtailing their sovereignty a bit to allow Obama to bring in troops to fire on any American citizen who chooses to fight for his rights.

I knew those tribal leaders were colluding with Obama as soon as I saw that article last year. This is probably just round one of whatever entitlement/welfare deal they brokered. This nation means nothing to hyphenated-Americans.

  • UpLateAgain

The article says the power to change the borders of a state lie with the legislative or judicial branches of government. I don’t think so. The states are sovereign entities. Federalism is the agreement among the sovereign states to empower the federal government to perform the functions embodied in the Constitution. Nowhere in the Constitution do the states authorize the federal government to change their borders. Wyoming should tell any and every entity of the federal government that tries (including the Supreme Court or Congress) to go pound sand, and ignore whatever they try to dictate along that line. It’s getting damned close to time for another Confederate uprising.

    • ginger

Amen, the longer people let the Feds roll over us the easier it is for them to control us and make our country unrecognizable. WE had better get our act together…Congress has made themselves useless and are not doing the job for which we pay them very well. Got to get real Patriots elected and cut out the politicians. There are a few in D. C. who have not been co-opted..yet…and they are reviled by their own party and fighting the establishment. They need our help and support.

  • USPatriotOne

InfoWars..Listen! The Cold Civil War II has already been start by OB and his Military Police in D.C. at the WWII Vet Memorial on Oct 13, 2013! We the People in ONE VOICE need to call for OB, Holder, Reid, etc to be ARREST and TRIED for TREASON NO BAIL…!!! And we are going to make that call on May 16th…10 Million Patriots that will never leave until they are gone…!!!

    • SOfedup

You forgot to mention EXECUTE them. It was good enough for Benedict Arnold and he didn’t betray us HALF as much as these nimrods.

    • LroF5LFjiB

And execution by firing squad would be most fitting!

    • RevG

Rope dance would be more entertaining

    • Thom*

That would be too quick, burn em at the stake.

  • Mary

Could it be a casino is in the works? I live in CT near the Mohegan reservation. A similar thing happened when they put the casino in. However, the residents were given market value for their properties by the state. Their properties reverted to tribal land.

  • Ernesto Che Satanas

    Buy lots of ammo

  • ginger

Time for the EPA to go bye, bye..along with all the other “agencies”.

    • CharlieSeattle

      No!!

      Remember Love Canal?

  • ski

Now is the time to contact your Representative and Senators and demand that the EPA be defunded and the agency be devolved into oblivion!

    • frankenbiker

Yeah right, your thinking like a moron if you think writing will do any good, we’ve been writing and signing petitions since the goatfcker took office, and what good have they done? NOTHING, that’s what. He doesn’t give a rats ass about how the country feels about anything. Its a waste of time, so is voting, now is the time to “writing” with your triggers. Its coming down to that, why put it off much longer?

    • Hans

I commend you for the new ODUBO name “goatf*cker. That hits the truth !!

    • frankenbiker

Thanks, I’ve been calling him that for the last five years. Seemed appropriate for a muzzie of his stature.

    • Thom*

      Well Said frank

    • Andy Z

It does not good I have tried that a few times everything the EPA does is questionable like the ethanol mandate 10% ethanol has equaled 10% Less fuel mileage in every car I have had to put it in the stuff might as well be non-flamable just raise the price 10% and let us eat our corn it barely burns

    • Poppo

It takes more energy to produce a gallon of ethanol than a gallon of ethanol produces. It also costs more to make than it is sold for, the rest is paid for by the taxpayer. Then it raises the price of our food and feed to cattle and poultry. It also burns hotter than American cars are built to handle. They are now trying to get the 10% raised to 15%.

  • prevailingwind

You are dealing with an agency who now thinks lead bullets are too dangerous… so we now have to switch to expensive all copper rounds.? No less lethal … But they are the pricing ammunition out of the reach of some.

    • Andy Z

Copper jackets with a hardened toolsteel core will work better than lead anyway

    • prevailingwind

Yep… Just pointing out Obama is using them for gun control now. He already used them to shut down the coal industry so his green energy won’t look so ridiculously expensive. No telling what they’re after here …

    • Chris Mcneil

You are right about the hardened steel copper jacketed. But why would they use steel when they can make them out of copper and jack the prices sky high!

  • rosech

EPA needs to go. Waste of time and they are hateful. This belongs to a state decision, not the feds. We need to put our foot down and support this state!

    • CharlieSeattle

      No!!!

      Remember Love Canal?

  • Donald York

Screwing the Indians again are we?

    • Thom*

It’s called “Survival of the fittest” People like you would do well to remember that.

    • UpLateAgain

By your logic we’re screwing the Indians ‘again’ by not packing up and going back to where everybody but them came from ancestrally.

  • LroF5LFjiB

The EPA is out of control. They not the authority to change borders. Lock and load Wyoming!

  • Andy

The EPA is almost as unintelligent as Daveca. Has anyone seen that kook
since its last posting over the left-winger Christie on a RINO ticket? Daveca
    should be called Flakeca.

The EPA has zero Constitutional authority and no one should comply with
anything those left-wingers try to implement. Nixon created the EPA as a
temporary advisory committee and allegedly they voted themselves authority. They
had no authority to vote themselves ANY authority as in less than none!

The ding dongs in the Senate and the Congress are one’s with the authority.

    • Poppo

True, but the ding-dongs in Congress don’t give a shot about anything but getting re-elected!

    • UpLateAgain

I don’t think even Congress has the authority to change a state’s borders as it now stands. They’d have to pass a Constitutional Amendment giving them that kind of authority (requiring approval by 3/4 of the states). States are sovereign entities, and nothing currently in the Constitution authorizes that kind of affront to their sovereignty.

  • Andy Z

When did the EPA gain the power to redistribute land that was already allocated by congress why are they involved in this it has nothing to do with the environment.

    • Poppo

The EPA, along with dozens of other Government Agencies has NO CONSTITUTIONAL POWER to make laws. Yet in the last year they implemented over 3,700 new laws and regulations. The power to legislate lies ONLY with the congress, and they are NOT allowed to delegate this authority to anyone. Not only do they set the rules, they interpret them and enforce them. Imagine if the police could pass their own laws, decide what the law meant, then sentence the ‘lawbreakers’ without a trial! This is exactly what many government agencies are doing! sFor over 100 years, congress has been ignoring this illegal lawmaking done by UNELECTED officials. These unelected officials do not answer to the public. That is the reason the Founding Fathers did not allow them lawmaking authority.
BTW, the EPA has a favorite trick to subvert some of these laws. They will have the environmentalist nuts sue them in a court of law. Then they will tell the judge that they will negotiate with the plaintiff. After a while they come back into court and tell the judge they have settled ‘out of court’. Both parties agree, and the judge accepts the settlement. Presto! New law without any legislative authority!

  • jong

Tell the EPA that the state will look it over and get back to them. Since not a single EPA agent is voted in and Gov. is it should be a no brainier. Then again Wyoming does not like holder or the EPA and will arrest them if they interfere in State matters.

  • Dcp5674

What does the EPA have to do with state borders? Wyoming occupied it, has for over 200 years, screw the EPA. About time somebody did. Tie them up in court……forever.

    • Poppo

And just who do you think pays the lawyers for the EPA while someone ties them up in court forever? They think nothing of hiring large bunches of lawyers at $500 and up per hour. They just bill the taxpayer!

    • livefreeordiehard

So what??? Obama is sending TRILLIONS of our dollars all around the globe for bogus B.S. Millions of vacations for him and the cow. Billions in bribe money. If nothing will get the people up at arms, it will be a DETAILED LIST OF ALL THE CRAP WE’RE PAYING FOR.

    • Poppo

I agree, I didn’t mean to belittle the situation. The fact is that our government is out of control totally. Financially we are totally bankrupt, but we send trillions around the globe, we spend billions creating inefficient and harmful ethanol to appease the tree huggers. Obama lives like a king, spending 4-5 million for a vacation in Hawaii while he chastises the House of Representatives for taking the holiday off and not working through Christmas. We give nearly 700 million dollars to a Canadian friend of Moochelle’s to create a healthcare website that any fundamentally sound American Company could have built on time and working properly for under 10 million. The company they selected has a history of being over budget, over schedule, and under specifications. We encourage people not to work by providing them with more benefits than many working people earn. Dozens of departments such as the EPA, IRS, HHS, The FED, Homeland Security, the INS, ATF, etc, are far exceeding their authority while the present administration and the congress tell lies to get re-elected. The unelected appointees to these agencies ignore the law and, since they are not answerable to the people they do as they please. When they are sued, we pay their defense, and judges appointed by the liberals support the liberal interpretation of the law. Ovomit is paving the way for the destruction of America, and its takeover by muslims and illegal aliens. We are probably far beyond a legal or rational solution to this problem. We are going to have to change the way The Senate/House/President/Supreme Court run this country by education the voters or we will be barricading ourselves in our homes with as much precious metal (lead) as we can acquire. If we are unable to motivate the masses to stand up and protest, our country will go the way of Rome.

    • Dale Putnam

omg… screw the epa? wouldn’t that make the epa pregnant? for fear of more little epas? Seriously… Wyoming needs to build the big fence.. all the way around it. … oh.. and shut off the coal trains.. the gas lines.. the oil pipes.. and let the basxxxxx freeze in the dark.

  • RevG

The Obama EPA has over stepped legal boundaries on this one. Idiots. We need to Abolish that BS Outfit.

    • Don39

      ON THIS CASE!

    • Dale Putnam

on every case! EIther right the wrongs, follow the Constitution, each time, every move, or get abolished, disbanded, and tossed into jail. .. Gitmo… exile.. I’d lean on expatriation, and exile.

  • onerightstand

In this case, I believe, the Tribes want the EPA to do exactly what it’s doing (since they control the feds) in order to make a separate state out of their reservation land under the “clean air protection” rules by the EPA. Incestuous games being played!

  • SaneZidane

Another arm of this Howdy Doody administration strikes again to the detriment of the American people and our characteristics. It is quite evident that an inept president has surrounded himself with equally inept and corrupt cronies while using the Mushroom Philosophy on the American people by leaving them in the dark and covering them up with sheit. Why in the world are, ‘We The People,” allowing ourselves to be inundated with this administrations sheit?

  • CaptTurbo

Time to disband the EPA and remove the communist occupation and usurpation of the Federal government.

  • Mitchina

    United States Court of Appeals,
    Federal Circuit.

    http://www.narf.org/nill/bulletins/cta/documents/shoshone_windriver_v_us.html

On March 3, 1905, Congress ratified an agreement between the Government and the Tribes, whereby the Tribes ceded, granted, and relinquished to the Government all of their rights, title, and interest in approximately 1,480,000 acres of the Reservation. Shoshone III, 93 Fed.Cl. at 452; see also Pub.L. No. 58–185, 33 Stat. 1016, Art. I (1905). These so-called “ceded lands” were to be “disposed of by the United States under the provisions of the homestead, town-site, coal, and mineral land laws or by sale for cash—with proceeds to be paid to [the Tribes].” Shoshone III, 93 Fed.Cl. at 452 (citing 33 Stat. 1016, Art. II). The Government, moreover, agreed to act as trustee for the Tribes; it would dispose of the ceded lands and deliver the proceeds to the Tribes. Shoshone III, 93 Fed.Cl. at 452 (citing 33 Stat. 1016, Art. IX).

And the EPA just waltzes right in and says: “na, I don’t think so – we’re gonna change this.”

WTF? It took Congress to pass it and Obama’s henchman EPA to just grab it and run? Do people not see what this POS adiminstrtion is doing? IT’S A TYRANNY Like never before in the U.S!!!!

    • freedomringsforall

The state has to set their foot down forcefully and arm that border if necessary and send the tyrants to H if they set one foot there to try to proceed with their unconstitutional ideas.
Fighting the tyrants is doing God’s work.
Praise be to God and pass the ammunition.

  • omega2

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 10TH AMMENDENT PROTECTING STATES RGHTS!

  • stonemike

Abolish the EPA and recast them under strict Congressional Control!

    • TiredVET1

No just abolish them do not let them have another foot in any part of our government.

    • gutterfalcon

EPA ? I hear they could go get $15.00 an hour at McDonalds.

    • TiredVET1

EPA = EAGER PATHETIC ARROWHEADS lets send them all job apps and see if they can read or write.

    • poetwarrior

I’m totally with y ou. If the EPA wasn’t out of control we wouldn’t have the water problem we have in W.VA. right now. They force the use of chemicals beyond what is needed in the coal industry.

    • livefreeordiehard

And, remember when you were a kid and we could actually DRINK TAP WATER? What the hell?? Tastes like $hit now and we have to put it in a filtered pitcher. Thanks, EPA. Jamb up job.

    • Scott

Sh*t, I say put them all in GITMO, why not they are releasing all the terrorist so there will be room for them. I will be glad and will volunteer to be a guard.

    • stonemike

Progressives(global socialists) should be either deported or killed, they are the enemy of freedom and have now done more damage to our freedom than the Axis Powers ever did!

  • stanleyhead

If you remember when oboma took office he Took back the government land used by the states. Now if we owe China enough money, He can trade land for debt. You say he couln’t do that; well his program is to do what he will. The republicans would write a letter of protest; but possession Is 9/10 of the law.

    • livefreeordiehard

Do you know that 1/3 of the U.S. is now (illegally) OWNED by the Federal Gov’t?? Look at a map. Most of the western states. You know, the ones with minerals, oil, etc.

  • poetwarrior

    Don’t ask—tell them.

  • Stealth

Oh…I don’t know… As a Native American myself, I see the lands PROPERLY being returened to those who truly care for Mother Earth…the people..

    • silvernotes

Giving land to the native Amercians is not the point….the point is an out of control EPA that thinks it can change the law itself.Their leash needs to be snapped back….hard.

    • livefreeordiehard

Every single thing that Mr. Spite has done needs to be undone. But I’ll be DAMNED if I’ll vote for a RINO. We might have to do a lot of writing in.

    • Ray_Downen

You can waste a lot of time writing in names with no chance of winning the elections. That just gives the election to the one you oppose. And does that make good sense? Most Republicans are patriots. If you don’t vote for the Republican candidate, the Democrat will win unless there are enough with good sense who do vote right.

    • Capt Parker

There ARE NO truly “republican” candidates …. only those cloaked democrats parading as members of the “Republican Party”.

    • Ray_Downen

The Republican Party is alive and well, thanks. And planning to win enough Senate seats in November to relieve some of the pressure on innocent citizens from Obama’s attacks on our liberties. That’s assuming we also win in the House. The Republican majority in the House has meant nothing with the Senate in Democrat hands and the Republicans there powerless.

    • Daryl Watson

      So your voting for Hillary?

    • James Figgins

      we gave you Oklahoma…

    • wdcraftr

They can have New York and California to start, and maybe Ill. too.

    • LittleRoot_48

Oh, give them the entire northeast.

    • sandman

Leave the N.E. out of it! Does anyone out there know the only Native Tribe NOT taken off their land buy anyone? It is the Wampanoag Tribe of Aquinnah MA. They have lived on their ancestral lands for a millennium, and was recognized by the Federal Government on April 10 1987. If you do not believe me just Google ( Tribe in Aquinnah MA) and you will know the whole story.

    • tommy attatumus

I paid for my place& if you want it buy it or take some lead!!!!

    • doc

What a crock. Ever travel state highway 41 in southwest Colo.? Runs through the Ute rez. and is nothing but broken glass from the Utah border to U.S. 160. Yeah, really care for mother earth. O.K., there’s poverty no doubt, but at least pretend like you care

    • Capt Parker

Have you ever been on the Rez?
Don’t even try that krapp about “caring for the Earth” ,,,,,, not until those trash-heaps are cleaned up and “the people” get out their alcoholic fog

    • Johnnygard

Tribes around here should be embarrassed to be part of a reservation. Unbelievable how junked up they are. They all get money to live on, but they don’t own their homes, so they can’t get a mortgage loan on the house to start a business or fix the place up. They are examples of what will happen to the entire country if Agenda 21 is fullfilled.

  • sovereigntyofone

Ha ! I’m waiting for them to say that California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas still belong to Mexico.
The way this government embraces the illegal aliens, showers them with entitlements, perks and free bee’s one would think these states do belong to Mexico.
    Just my 2 cents worth.

    • GunnyChuck

Many Mexicans here actually believe that it does still belong to them.

    • sovereigntyofone

      Yup.. that’s why I wrote what I did… lol
(If you can’t read my comment.. please press 1 for English ).

    • Sunshine Kid

I speak four languages – none of them Mexican, even though I was forced to learn it in school in California (and I can only remember “much grass” – selective memory, you know). Otherwise, I’d have to admit speaking five, but nah, I’m American English and proud of it.

    • Daryl Watson

There is no Mexican the speak Spanish

    • Sunshine Kid

Tell that to the Spanish (and I’ve been in Spain). By the way, the British speak English; I speak American. Aussies are quite proud that they speak Australian, but it takes no scholar to know that those differences are minor, just as your trying to correct me for my post is such a minor point.

By the way, in case you haven’t figured it out, sometimes my humor is a bit sarcastic, but not meant to be vindictive. Just designed to make one think a bit.

    • Daryl Watson

I too try to think tell a Mexican they speak Mexican and see what they say

    • Colonel Joe

There is “Spanish” and then there is Mexican (Spanish), Puerto Rican (Spanish), El Salvador, Costa Rican, Honduran, and on and on! I lived with Costa Ricans in Alexandria, VA and I “spoke” a little Spanish I learned in high school. After “learning” some of the colloquialisms of Costa Rica, I could fairly well get along with them. Now our next door neighbor, a Puerto Rican would ramble on and when I asked the COSTA Ricans what he was saying, they just shrugged their shoulders and “No comprende” was their usual answer! I had a Puerto Rican working for me who had a vacation he had to use or lose, so he asked for time off (since he had no vacation time built up) so he wouldn’t lose his “package”. He wanted to go to Spain, “since I speak Spanish!” I approved his time off. When he came back, I asked “Armando, how was your trip to Spain?” He said “Miserable! They couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand them!” Almost like trying to understand a liberal trying to explain what “American” is!!!

    • sovereigntyofone

I only speak two languages, English and Redneck. lol
I too am a proud American ( part American Indian and part mutt (French, English).

    • Sunshine Kid

Ya’ll be careful with the Redneck, friend. I was born in Alabama! Got sunburn on my neck a lot in my younger days! I guess I qualify as a mutt, too! ;)

  • ChicagoThunder1

    Simple….. vote with LEAD!

    • pipcrusher

cant wait for the day i can scream COME AND TAKE IT!

    • ChicagoThunder1

They better be standing on a trap door over a pit when you do that or in font of a bunch of claymores. ;-)

    • Sunshine Kid

Better they stay in DC and be prepared to put their hands up.

  • GunnyChuck

The EPA needs to be disbanded or at the very minimum lose its regulatory authority. ALL regulations by any government agency should be voted on by congress since only congress can initiate laws.

  • Busdriver Bill

If there were any gonads in state government, they’d demand that the federal bureaucracy get the hell out of their sovereign territory. Next step – secession! But, sadly, the progressive element has taken over most state houses, as well as the legislative branches of many (Think California).

  • Mitchina

On top off Gina McCarthy just being a POS radfembot liar, and Obama and scum stonewalled Congress on providing them info just to confirm her and the republican committee walked out. Just as the Dems did with the EPA nominee under Bush, yet you and I both know; The Dems were standing on principle then but the Repubs were just being obstructionists.

    http://www.forbes.com/sites/realspin/2013/03/12/epa-nominee-gina-mccarthy-has-a-history-of-misleading-congress/

The EPA routinely hinders information requests via the Freedom of Information Act for Conservative
groups by fees normally waived for media and watchdog groups while 92% of requests from green groups were waived. It compares well with the same politically aligned IRS hurdles and treatment of the “opposition”, (anyone Obama and ilk do not like or will expose them). Example of a scary requester: The Competitive Enterprise Institute had its requests denied 93 percent of the time. One request was denied because CEI failed to express its intent to disseminate the information to the general public. The rest were denied because the agency said CEI “failed to demonstrate that the release of the information requested significantly increases the public understanding of government operations or activities.”

At this point, I will agree with that last statement because no matter WHAT comes out of this BS white house, it’s nothing but lies anyway which does not inform the citizens one iota. We will never know,
intentionally, the gvt’s “operations or activities “… ever! The only thing we can confirm is that our gvt
officials are all liars and cheats.

Maybe this will explain the attack on Wyoming from Obama’s henchman-Klan like thugs he calls
the EPA. In 2008 AND 2012, Barack Obama received 0 of the 3 electoral votes from Wyoming.

    93.1% White
    9.5% Hispanic
    2.6% Native American
    1.8% Mixed race
    0.9% Asian
    0.8% Black

    * Wyoming is 1st out of 51 other states in Residents with high school diploma (older than 25)
    * Wyoming is 2nd out of 51 other states in Retail sales per capita
    * Wyoming is 6th out of 51 other states in Race – White
    * Wyoming is 8th out of 51 other states in Race – American Indian or Alaska Native
    * Wyoming is 9th out of 51 other states in Race – White, not Hispanic or Latino
    * Wyoming is 9th out of 51 other states in Size in square miles
    * Wyoming is 15th out of 51 other states in Home ownership rate
    * Wyoming is 15th out of 51 other states in Residents younger than 5
    * Wyoming is 18th out of 51 other states in Income per capita
    * Wyoming is 18th out of 51 other states in Income per household

Does this surprise you? No, I didn’t think so. Is this racist? No, it’s the facts that I am sure you can apply this same data to the other 6 states that rank above Wyoming’s 6th place and those state’s rankings would play out the same, and those that don’t…. well, the opposite would be in the results.

    • louluna

Wyoming must have a low crime rate. Obama Child’s at .8 %

    • Capt Parker

and most of us carry guns most of the time!

    • patriot2

absolutely we do,mostly I carry one here for hunting, but if I have to go to Colorado I carry one for rats.generally they are on the democrat sites.

    • beelp

      Correct, it IS.

    • drattastic

Sounds like a nice place to live. I don’t quite understand the 51 states thing are you including DC ?

    • Sunshine Kid

D.C. (Domain of Criminals) is NOT a state by design. It is property of the USA for the purpose of having a government that NO single state can claim as its own.

    • LittleRoot_48

Maybe NO single state can claim DC as its own, but the Dems seem to think it belongs to them.

    • Sunshine Kid

THAT’S a fact! And at the rate it’s going to Hell, they can HAVE it! We just need to put a moat around it and deny it access to the rest of the country.

    • Poppo

The Dams – whoops Dems- think they own the whole world, not just the US.

    • Poppo

It is actually property of the USA, but the people who live there think they own the entire country and have the right to interfere in the lives of residents of all the states.

    • drattastic

      I know all of that , I’m asking why his post has “1st out of 51 other states…” , ” 2nd out of 51 other states…” etc.. ?

    • Sunshine Kid

I guess he is including the state of confusion or possibly the state of comatose.

    • drattastic

      lol

    • Mitchina

Um, yeah, and thanks for at least thinking about it.

    • livefreeordiehard

Wyoming also gave women the vote before the United States did! Go Wyoming!

    • Mitchina

Well, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for not trying to point out a mistake that wasn’t MADE! It was refreshing to say the least.

    • http://theawakenednation.ning.com/profile/KevinMKeener Snowman8wa

      “..out of 51 other states…”
What’s the 51s State you’re citing……have I been asleep since 1959? When do we ge that new flag and where is the extra star going?

Sempe Vigilo Fortis, Paratus et Fidelis

    • Sunshine Kid

I had the exact same question. Must be another college law graduate we’re dealing with here.

    • Jeanne_Theunissen

She said “out of 51 OTHER states” which means she’s saying there are 52 counting Wyoming. D.C. is not a state, and neither is Puerto Rico. It is a U.S. territory, not a state. I think they still get to vote, though.

    • beelp

Correct. Puerto Ricans can vote for president.

    • searcher98

No it does not surprise me. But you need to change your text from “51 other states” to “49 other states”.

    • Mitchina

Nope, don’t need to. But I will explain that the site I used that I mistakenly did not disclose is counting the federal District of Columbia in their date comparisons…… hence the 51, Sorry.

    • Poppo

Wyoming is also near the top in friendliness, open roads, folks who say ‘howdy’ and great places to visit. I hope my state, Colorado, will change its course and become more like Wyo soon!

    • Screeminmeeme

      51 other states???!!
      Edit.

    • Mitchina

None needed. You add the federal district, technically makes 51 – in essence – that have demographics to compare. My bad, I did not disclose the actual site that cultivated the demographics in this way. But at least it wasn’t the number 57! lol Der, I be smarter than the prez, der. lol

    • ChicagoThunder1

I saw a map that showed no one West of the Mississippi except a small area in Southern Cal.
all that land is rich in oil and minerals. There is one thing though Yellow Stone is a Super Volcano and the ground has been rising. There is a lake on top of the caldron that has risen so high that a boat that sunk years ago is now part way above water. The time table the volcano is on is every 10,000 years right now it’s behind about 1200 years I think that’s because we were pumping oil out of the ground but that stopped so now the pressure is building up. I think that’s why they stopped to run everyone off the land look at who is drilling and who is not. The Indians just might be useful idiots on this one. China released a map not long ago they said it was a fall out map but to me it looked like an ash map from an eruption from Yellow stone. I don’t put anything past these guys anymore they are all driven by greed. There are two ways to fix an economy one start a war two cull the heard and they know it.

  • glconrad

    Mitchina
I thought there were 52 states??

    • livefreeordiehard

No, obama said 57 states. He got the US mixed up with his real interest, the 52 ISLAMIC STATES.

    • Sunshine Kid

No. He said he had been in 57 states with one left to go, and was not allowed to visit Alaska and Hawaii by his staff. So he actually referred to SIXTY states. His actual words can be found on YouTube.

    • Jeanne_Theunissen

He may not be able to visit Hawaii now, but he was “born” there, remember? And, in case the White House Idiot doesn’t already know, D.C. does not count as a state.

Anyway, what does he mean he’s “not allowed” to visit Alaska and Hawaii? He thinks being president allows him to do any damn thing he pleases, so why let his staff tell him what to do now?

And for the record, for anyone who has been (UN)educated by the current public school system, there are only 50 states.

    • Sunshine Kid

He made that idiotic comment in 2007, while running against McCain and Palin for President, BEFORE he was elected. Which brings into question the intelligence of the voters to vote for such a fool. You and I know the geography of the USA; the liberals are like a box of rocks.

    • patriot2

      right again,DC isn’t a state,it’s a den of thieves.

    • patriot2

you are one of the few that was listening when obama was running his mouth, that is just what he said,we have 60 states.maybe that is where he got his votes?

    • Sunshine Kid

Yeah, I think the ten of the states that voted for him were Utopia, Transylvania, Boondoggle, Snafu, DemBorg, Vulcan, Astroplane, Weirdness, Upchuck and Cemetery. That last one, I think, had a few of my dead forbears, who were heavy Republican voters, voting for the first time as Democraps.

    • sandman

You forgot the state of confusion.

    • Sunshine Kid

You’re right – lots of liberals live in that state.

    • patriot2

and if somebody doesn’t arrest him for treason soon he might add another state, cluster f**k.

    • Sunshine Kid

That is where the state of Snafu comes in (Situation Normal, All F’d Up) ;)

    • patriot2

must have gotten it confused with the new southern state where his newest voters come from, mexico.they sound so much alike.

    • Sunshine Kid

Let me stitch my sides back on before my ‘tail’ falls off. That was just TOO RICH!

    • patriot2

      : )

    • rightsmite

Who’s on first. There are 57 Islamic states. Our less than brilliant so called President and supposed constitutional scholar doesn’t even know how many states are in what used to be the United States of America not Arabia.

    • big dog 913

No Obama said there were 57 states.

    • Noni77

Interesting that he mixed up states with the number of Muslim countries…

  • Capt Parker

Elect Taylor Haynes, Governor of Wyoming, and cease to worry about the “federals” breaching the 10th Amendment.

  • livefreeordiehard

Looks like they’re trying to get the native Americans’ votes to me for that thing in the Spite House.

  • Farmer John

Please explain why the EPA is involved in something like this anyway.

    • Ted

The EPA shouldn`t be involved in anything, they are an unconstitutional agency just like he FBI, CIA, DOH and every other federal agency that is not enumerated in the constitution.

  • SIRWIZARD

You do have to wonder why state borders are an environmental problem to be handled by the EPA. I think there is some confusion here. It even includes the Department of Health. Last I heard, they were on the verge of declaring “LUG NUTS” a venereal disease.

  • Bruce Lee

Wait a moment the oldest skeletal remains in the USA are the Kennoewick man who was a white Caucasian, and the Florida bog people who were also Caucasians, so the nations first people were white Caucasians so the reservations need to hold the white people & the Indians need to go to work and support us, because the stole our land .

    • Spike

Maybe as a caucasion i could be eligible for a land grant to build a casino on? Not that anyone has any money to gamble with these days. Obama is taking it all. By the way for any libtroll distributionist lovers who may be out there, where is the money going? I dont see any equalization of wealth happening. Only trickle up poverty occuring everywhere

  • Daniel Gray

In this case I agree. The land in question was given to the Native Americans by a treaty, a legal and binding contract between the Native Americans and the US Federal Government. They now just cannot come along and change the parts they dont like. The land was belonging to the Native Americans and if any non native American is living on it, then they either pay rent or leave. The initial law in 1905 was illegal in the first place therefor correcting this (no matter who it ticks off) is the right thing to do and the Government to honor the contract they signed with the Native Americans.

  • alpambuena

what the hell is the epa involved in a border dispute for…isn’t that the department of the interior, and the dept. of indian affairs responsibility?

  • Henry

We are witnessing the formation of a full blown Marxist State for America. The full arsenal of guns a blazing are similar to what Hugo Chavez did in Venezuela will be here before you know it. The Marxist regime of puppet master Valerie Jarrett knows she only has one chance to “Fundamentally transform” America. She and her puppet make no bones about it. The evidence is clear. No America, this doesn’t end well for freedoms, liberties, our Constitution, and our Bill of Rights. Helping to establish a Marxist State for the regime Granted, is America’s extensive “Ignorant Class.” While many people are waking up, for all intensive purposes it is all over except for the crying. Well, that and the blood flowing in the streets. The steel laid bloody boot prints of the regime’s Marxist State will be the prize they have wet dreams about on a daily basis. Are you listening America? Are you awake?

    • greatjoy

I usually don’t correct the language of people, but a phrase
like “for all intents and purposes” being changed to
“all intensive purposes” is just too funny!!! to ignore…

  • jacobtheodore

Hey Mr Governor, you can stop it in it’s tracks. The reservation is part of your State, and the Constitution says that you can’t make a new State from parts of an existing State.

New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new States shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.

  • jacobtheodore

No, boys. The reservation is the PROPERTY of the Indians there, but it is still part of the State, but the injuns have exclusive control of it.

    • sandman

The way the story is worded is that the epa is trying to expand the size of the reservation by 1million acres! Buy taking the land from the Great State of Wyoming!

  • Empresstkettle

This is part of the overall plan to implement AGENDA 21. Read it if you don’t know what this is. Agenda 21 has maps showing the western states as mostly ‘wild areas’, where people are not allowed to go. Part of its plan is to eliminate (exterminate) millions of Americans or put them in ‘camps’ to be controlled. The rest will live in ‘bee hive’ type settlements where they will work where they are told to work, not own property, cars, etc. Why do you suppose so many communities are building light rail and multi story, multi dwelling buildings? Those who do not conform will be killed, imprisoned or sent to the ‘ghost’ cities in China. I expect China to any day demand repayment of loans to the U.S. or seize land as payment. Each time a city, state or county accepts a loan or grant from the feds makes them indebted or a slave to the feds. Same as when an individual charges, gets a loan, they are a slave to the lender until that debt is paid.

    • scented44

Thank you for bringing up Agenda 21. So much of what is happening within the EPA is all about 21. Please everyone if you don’t understand or have never heard of it please do a little investigation. It is scarey!!! I may never experience it in my lifetime but I fear my children will. BTW…this was inacted by Bush 41!

    • Barrie

Read Glenn Becks book Agenda 21. It will scare the fire out of you what is happening right now in this Great Country of ours. Common Core goes right along with Agenda 21. and it is in our Schools now.

    • Spike

Yes! Agenda 21 is very real. Not some cooky tin foil hat conspiracy! Plenty of info out there for knowledge seekers. All should inform themselves!

  • poetwarrior

The simple fact is the EPA is not empowered to do anything beyond its charter. The fact that the states have failed to challenge its jurisdiction in too many cases has led to this. It is wrong, that group is wrong, and it is time to draw the line in the sand.

    • sandman

The epa might just have a rule against drawing lines in sand, so be careful there!

    • Spike

Yes! Sand has got to have some sort of EPA potection? But then our dear leader drew several of them in Syria? Maybe its because that sand is not US sand? All this liberalism makes my head hurt. No way to make any sense of it

    • Beckah

I hope you are referring to the State AG because I’m pretty sure the U.S. AG would be of no help…we all know which side he’s on, and it’s rarely the legal side!

That is one mean organization and the USA does NOT need it along with the IRS, HHS, TSA, DOE, DOJ, etc.- close them all. We need SOME regulations but not all of these strangling the USA and citizens. We are a constitutional Republic – not a tyrannical dictatorship – the EPA is NOT elected and therefore it is tyrannical. When bugs can be considered more valuable than people, their incomes and farming in CA so the EPA decided the farmers could not have any water for their crops – something is entirely wrong in the EPA.

    • Krazeehors

NO WAY!!! Texas doesn’t need Ovomit interfering.

    • Ted Crawford

I believe that I have a better idea, at least for America, sorry Mexico! My suggestion is that we construct the Border Fence. It should begin at the Gulf of Mexico and proceed wesrward to the borders junction of Arizona and California. It should proceed north from that point to the border junctions of Nevada, Utah and Idaho. From that point it should turn Westward again to the Pacific Ocean!
That should please La Raza, MECHA, Luis Gutierrez, Bob Menendez and their attempt to create Atzlan, and IF WE Demand that ALL current Politicians MUST return to their respective States and turn in all Passports, we could, in one move make a tremendous difference in cleaning up our Congress and with all the Welfare no longer being drained from the Treasury, begin the long, long journey towards correcting our fiscal problems!
Sorry Nevada, but any State lacking the basic common sense to remove Harry Reid, well they just need to go!

But attempts to modify the seperation of powers, modification of the Bill of Rights, or the ennmueration of progressive bureaucracies is a NO! Progressives would welcome that as a chance for a free-for-all leaving the Constitution in shambles.

    • Spike

Its not likely the progressives could have much impact as 31 states so far have conservative houses. And the requirement of 2/3 in favor of amendments would prevent a run away convention

Such an opportunity would glitter in the eyes of the,”by any means” crowd like the Crown Jewels. Nothing would be spared. I personally feel it is too risky with so many progressives running around unfettered.

    • Spike

Yes, that is the main fear and not to be discounted. However, the majorities it would take to make the changes limit the fraud. But, most importantly, the constitution has already been so bastardized that it stands on the brink of irrelevance. It’s our only option really. Assuming elections will go in a constitutional favor it would take decades to straighten out what has already been done. A states convention would reset the table short term, undo the damage done by the last four presidents, and set a path for immediate sustainability. I believe there is no other choice.

    • STMA

I would be afraid that the libs would find a way to hijack the whole convention, kinda like the massive voter fraud that got barry installed. However I don’t know a lot about the technicalities of the actual convention, seems like some more research is in order (by me).

    • Ted Crawford

The importamt question, and one we absolutely need an accurate answer to is “Are they ‘Conservative’ or simply ‘Republican’?!?!,

    • Spike

That’s one of the encouraging things. Grass roots conservatives have been increasingly successful in state races. We need to encourage our family friends and co-workers to get out and vote especially in this mid term and state races. And keep winning. I am very optimistic about November. I also pray about it often.

    • Ted Crawford

I wholeheartedly agree with the repeal of the Seventeenth Amendment! I would also suggest that we Strike the first sentence of the Fourteenth. However I’m afraid the only fiscally sound way to repeal the Sixteenth Amendment would be incrementally, beginning immediately with the lowering of the Corporate rate, and removing the individule mandate from PPACA!

    • Skepticles

Income tax money is the crack cocaine of federal Executive, Congress, and the bureaucracies. Those crackheads will simply not choose to be suddenly responsible. I remind you that we are now 17 TRILLIONS of dollars in generational debt. Gradual tapering off by the mainlining federal government sounds as implausible as their actual track record shows. Tough hate is the only way to extinguish this fiscal inferno.

    • Ted Crawford

That “all or nothing” philosophy is one of the two reasons Ron Paul got nearly ‘O’ traction! Eliminating the source of Revenue for our Federal Government, virtually overnight, would play right into the hands of the Progressives, it would collapse our Economy and leave us NO WAY back! It would be like taking medication, designed to be consumed over a week, all at once, to save time!
Like with the Federal Reserve, Wilson should never have reinstituted it! However, HE DID! More importantly, the major portion of the Worlds governments followed us into that insanity! To unilaterially close ours, would be suicide!

    • Skepticles

Your gradual weaning of the Sixteenth is interesting, but would require implementation by federal office holders of vision, dedication, courage, and self-sacrifice. Know where we can get any?

  • old_salty_dawg99

This is jut more Obammy Admin thumbing their noses at the Constitution as does their leader everyday.

  • Rich

Need to get rid of the EPA and tall the UN to go to hell!

    • Tim

your very breath is soon to be taxed. ALGORE will collect it. When they start picking up the guns, send the blue berets (UN) to my house. I’ll introduce them to my little friend.

    • Ted Crawford

I believe that you were being humorous Tim, However, Lisa Jackson, while the Head of EPA, actually attempted to tax “Cow Flatulence” !

    • rams375

She is the stain from flatulence, and continues to spew the crap.

  • robocop33

What in the world makes the EPA think that they have the authority to do this? The EPA needs to be disbanded anyway as a useless entity anyway!

    • Ted Crawford

Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Jack Lew, Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, ETC ! Fast and Furious, Benghazi, NSA, IRS, S-744, ETC., what else could they think?
“A Nation or Civilization that continues to produce soft-minder men purchases it own spiritual Death on an installment plan!” Dr. Martin Luther King Jr..

    • robocop33

Well Ted, unfortnately you certainly do have a point there.

    • Spike

Ever wonder why the commies have it in for the Boy Scouts / BSA? That statement is it in a nutshell.
      * Sorry, I quit calling them the left, progressive, socialists, Democrats, I call them what they are now. Marxists! So I don’t use the term commie loosely. Just FYI

  • Krazeehors

WHO the HELL do these people think they ARE??? Oh wait. Dictators.

  • PLW

The last head of the EPA is now serving time in prison for embezzlement of government funds… I don’t think he has been replaced yet…. Who are these people obama has appointed????? Where do they get the power to increase taxes, and/or fines? The obama Administration & his Liberal Democratic Progressives continue to dismantle America……. SCARY PEOPLE & GOVERNMENT……

  • marineh2ominer

ABOLISH THE EPA AND IMPRISON THE ENTIRE LEADERSHIP FOR THIS OBVIOUS POWER GRAB ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR AUTHORITY !!

  • NeoracerX

Why do we let these indians have all this? They collect welfare pay no taxes , Time we took the land and used it for what it should be and not for casinos ,tobacco and liquor stores.

    • Dustin W. Taunton

It was theirs to begin with

    • NeoracerX

LOL That has really no bearing on the matter, Most of the world belonged to another race at some time thru history, so does that mean we need to give it back? Your comment is weak and pointless.

    • sheinLV

Exactly, perhaps Europe should give their countries back to the Romans

  • Spike

No trolls on this? Notice when rights are being taken and there is possible defense, they go hide. They cant tie Bush to this in anyway. Shows just how wrong messed up they are.

  • Gordy

E.P.A. , this actually stands for Eliminate People Agency. This is another Fascist agency empowered by the Obama administration. This administration needs to be eliminated by any means necessary before it is too late.

    • Ted Crawford

If we should fail to act with basic common sense on November 4, 2014, replace these disgusting Progressives in our Congress, well I sincerely fear we may not have another opportunity!
When we consider, this action along with the other egregious actions of the EPA and the Department of Energy, with their ridiculously aggressive Regulatory policies that are crippling our Industrial base and driving more and more Companies off-shore!
In addition to that we have the Department of the Interior, specifically the BLM, for one example, redefining the term “Navigable Waterway”, that can easily be interpreted to mean the run-off from your downspout, and good ole Ben printing $85 Billion EACH and EVERY month, to buy up Mortgage related assets, what this displays “TRANSPARENTLY” is a hugh grab for Private Property, one of the Foundational Pillars of any Free Society! This is a very solid program, from their point of view, given that it also works to destroy our Economy in the process!

  • H. Gillingham

How does the EPA make such a decision? It sounds like it should be one of the BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES of the BLM! Let the EPA worry about the “snail darter”, 3-eyed toads, and air pollution…

  • homer1057

    Stupid Dumb Assess!

    • Mitchina

omg…no, no…wait. It’s getting even better – or stupider. (that really needs to be in the dictionary to describe liberals).

“The Democratic party has found a new consequence of climate change: prostitution. Rep. Barbara Lee and twelve other House Democrats issued a resolution stating that climate change can cause food and water shortages, which could lead impoverished women to turn to prostitution as a means of income:”

HHHAHahahahahhahahhaaa… this is for real! I am so scared right now I am delirious.

      http://www.ijreview.com/2014/01/107526-house-democrats-climate-change-turns-women-prostitutes/

No, no; it couldn’t be all the regulations on farmers, not being able to grow your own garden food or the subsidies that ruin the market…. naaaaa. Who would think THAT crazy stuff?

  • redpens

The EPA has zero authority to do this. They need to be defunded once and for all

  • Lougjr1

I’m still waiting for Congress, mainly the Democratic side, to arrange for Obama’s impeachment. Do I have to wait until Hell freezes over ?

    • Tony Donaldson

The usurper doesn’t need impeaching. He only needs to be arrested and charged with fraudulently usurping the office of president. Then a lengthy trial and prison if convicted. We can tie Biden’s hands behind his back and duct tape his mouth shut for two years. Better yet, he could be complicit with getting the usurper elected and face charges himself. They can be cell mates on death row.

    • Noni77

Arrest as a foreign fraud and usurper nullifies EVERYTHING Obama has had a hand in, Obamacare, NDAA, any/all treaties and agreements, etc. it effectively removed the shackles from the USA, that cannot be undone by mere impeachment. Plus, proving him to be placed fraudulently opens up Pelosi, Reid, etc. to charges of conspiracy and treason.

    • marlene kruse

oh oh oh if only that could happen. I just cannot be convinced that he isn’t hiding something real major in his life.

    • Mitchina

It won’t – not even in spite of this global warming-freeze (climate change,
Algorism… spoof off the term algorithms – lol – whatever they are calling it
now)! Not even proof that there is a rise in the polar bear population, accurate
satellite, balloon and mountain top observations made over the last three
decades showing no significant change in the long term rate of increase in
global temperatures because it’s a fact the significant changes in climate are
continually occurring throughout geologic time, and that 80% of our atmosphere
is formed from nitrogen (we could not live in 100% nitrogen either.) or that
carbon dioxide is no more a pollutant than nitrogen, and carbon dioxide levels
have been constant for the past 25 years, or that CO2 is the most common
greenhouse gas of which the minor gases are more effectively “greenhouse agents”
of water vapor and clouds which are responsible for 60% of the “Greenhouse
effect”, the changing of any one of the 5 million input parameters can make any
computer model show what you want it to, or when in a 1996 UN report it was said
“None of the studies cited above has shown clear evidence that we can
attribute the observed climate changes to increases in greenhouse gases and no
study to date has positively attributed all or part of the climate change to
man–made causes” which also has not changed it’s stand one iota to date, the
small Palmer Peninsula of Antarctica is getting warmer, while the main Antarctic
continent is actually cooling and that ice thickness have increased in
both Greenland and Antarctica, sea levels monitored in the Pacific (Tuvalu) and
Indian Oceans (Maldives) has shown no sign of any sea level rise. It’s a wonder
why hell hasn’t frozen over yet.

    • sadnana

Yes. Congress doesn’t want him impeached. Simple as that.

  • Lloydl333

The EPA is nothing more than another government BULLY. Abolish EPA, IRS, Dept of Education anf the Fed Reserve. The budget will balance itself.

    • Aristophanes

      Also, the nsa.

  • Noni77

Resistance begins locally, Militia needs to dispatch any “Federales” who attempt to harass one of your locals. And they need to be “disappeared”.

  • v steve

When you control the money of a country like the Federal Reserve Act of 1931 does in the USA you control everything in that country.

Florida probably next because of it`s shape, like a pistol.

  • sheinLV

This sounds completely illegal. Wyoming needs to do some azzkickin’
