Was it Cloward and Piven or Saul Alinsky who taught radicals to stir up racial conflict and class warfare in order to overthrow America and create a socialist/communist utopia?
Well, back at the beginning of Occupy Wall Street I interviewed this woman. She denied that Obama was stirring up racial conflict.
I wonder what she thinks about the Derrick Bell enthusiast Obama this week?
Now that Obama stated, “If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon,” and then remained speechless about the New Black Panthers, the Farrakhan statements and the ridiculous looting and rioting following the Trayvon shooting.
On the Sean Hannity show Gingrich said, “What the president said, in a sense, is disgraceful. It’s not a question of who that young man looked like. Any young American of any ethnic background should be safe, period…We should all be horrified no matter what the ethnic background…Is the president suggesting that if it had been a white who had been shot, that would be OK because it didn’t look like him. That’s just nonsense dividing this country up.”
I won’t mention the fact that Trayvon was suspended from school three times, caught with drugs, and a ‘burglary tool’ and a bag full of women’s jewelry because that would be a “smear campaign,” but usually criminals are repeat offenders.
My mother was physically assaulted and robbed by a black man in 2001. I was held up at gunpoint by a black man in 1983. The white race didn’t loot and pillage. The President didn’t say I looked like his daughter. My dear friend DP’s young wife was murdered by a black man in 1991. There was no looting at Walgreens. There were no Al Sharptons or Jesse Jackson’s or KKK’s screaming across the air waves. There was simply a police report filed and a great, tragic loss incurred at the hand of an evil man. There was also forgiveness, as difficult as that is.
When I was held at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Variety Arts Center where I worked in 1983, I wish I would have had a weapon to defend myself. I do now.
The video below is of Professor Dr. Terry Lovell who points out that Trayvon wasn’t 12 years old like the photo the mainstream media is using, he was 17 and 6′ 2″.
