Thanks to a wonderful website called ‘What Liberals Say’, I’ve compiled some very IN-tolerant quotes from the very Leftist people who demand ‘tolerance’ from the Right.
In the first two parts of ‘Tolerance is a 1-Way Street’ I showcased celebrities, authors, journalists and others from A through H who, in their own words, prove how maybe they’re not quite as ‘tolerant’ as they want people to believe.
This final part alphabetically wraps up the remainder Liberals and their amazing thoughts.

Nina Totenberg, NPR ‘sweetheart’ and her intolerance toward Jesse Helm (and his family): “[I]f there is retributive justice, [Senator Jesse Helms will] get AIDS from a transfusion, or one of his grandchildren will get it.”
Rickie Lee Jones’ intolerance toward the patriotism she witnessed after 9/11: “My skin crawls when I think of the first week after September 11. Thanks for publishing this series. Although I was aware of many of these dummies, some of this info was new to me so I now have a few more celebs to avoid when spending my entertainment dollars. I never thought much of Julia Roberts as an actress but I didn’t realize she was such an fool too. Also, Mr. Sheen please take your crazy son and leave forever this “land of lunatics”. Let’s all be truthful here….Intolerance is not a liberal or a conservative attribute. It is a behavior and we are all guilty to some degree (some more than others). The important issue is, be intolerant as in the sense of being passionate while being respectful at the same time. Let the US electoral process do what it was designed to do…elect your candidate into office-as many of your candidates as possible then hold them accountable!
I am sorry I don’t think that the election process works anymore.we have the tech. but choose not to use it. I recall awhile back a movie Julie Roberts starred in and at the time seemed innocent enough, can’t recall the name, but it was a time when the women went to college but at the same time actually looked forward to becoming a house wife. That was there goal. The movie depicted Julia convincing the women that what they were doing was insane and they should NOT become house wifes but forget about marriage and become independent. It seems to me that if conservatives and the Republican party were even half as smart as the Democrats (when it comes to spreading propaganda) that we could use this rampant hypocrisy against them, much as they do with us on morality charges against politicians. They get a pass because, supposedly they aren’t the Party of morality. But Republicans tend to be religious, so we have to live by a different set of rules.
Well, they constantly promote civility. Yet they are almost always the least civil. Somehow, we ought to be able to use that fact against them. Unfortunately we don’t have the mainstream in our back pockets to lie for us. But then again, all we’d need is someone to tell the truth.
