Patriot Update - A Free Press for the Conservative Revolution

In what's become the latest example of the Nobel Committee's political harlotry, they collectively 'flipped off' the United States by awarding Barack Obama the Nobel Peace Prize. Dollars to donuts says Michelle puts his prize on the bookshelf between his two Grammys®, only reinforcing the belief we don't have a Commander-in-Chief; but rather, a Celebrity-in-Chief.

With this action, the committee reduced the award into the Nobel Piss Prize, for the only accomplishment Obama has under his belt is denigrating America's reputation as a protector and world power while pissing off Americans by vacillating on Afghanistan troop issues. Obama did this when he ignored General McChrystal's request for reinforcements by not 'getting back to him'; as of this writing, McChrystal is still left 'in the wind.' Think of Barack Obama as another Jimmy Carter, and you'll get a pretty good idea of what I'm driving at.

Anyone with an IQ over 70 (the mental retardation standard) clearly knows the Nobel Whores handed out this 'prize' in a manner befitting the cowards they truly are. The Nobel Prize could have been put in boxes of Cracker Jack® for all it means now. This was done in hopes that Obama would pull American troops out of Afghanistan because of committee members' fear of Muslim extremists, who are nothing more than bullies that won't take on professional soldiers, knowing they'd be slaughtered by the thousands and tens of thousands.

In acquiescing to foreign leaders during his apology tour earlier this year, it seems Obama - intentionally or otherwise - built up more of the needed votes to win this alleged prize. To turn what was a once-prestigious award into a meaningless statement is what inevitably happens when committee members prostitute the award by politicizing it as they did with Carter in 2002, Gore in 2007, and Obama now. Such action only further clarifies the inseparable connection between the world's oldest profession (prostitution) and the second oldest (politics).

During and after his presidency, Ronald Reagan ended the Cold War without firing a single shot; yet the Nobel Committee refused to consider awarding the Prize to Reagan. This action showed the entire world they are nothing more than a bunch of Liberal pansies in full bloom with an agenda more transparent than their over-inflated egos that live for constant validation, saturation and perpetual renewal.

Mother Teresa, Reporters Without Borders, Eliminating Landmines…most people can see these people, groups or activities as deserving of a Peace Prize. But a United States President whose tenure still can be measured in months rather than years certainly lacks sufficient merit or achievements to be deserving of a win, let alone a nomination.

The Nobel Peace Prize should be awarded for lifetime achievement based on a track record of proven success and effectiveness. When it goes to someone simply because they are not George W. Bush - as was done with Carter and Obama - it becomes the Nobel Piss Prize because that is exactly what the Nobel Committee is doing to those who are far more deserving of the award, but get passed over because a committee of Liberal Wimps are more interested in making a political statement than in recognizing legitimate long-time good works and service that leaves the world a better place than the one they arrived in.

If there's a lesson to be learned here, it is that the Nobel Peace Prize should not be given to sitting heads of state, and that history should be the judge - only after they have left office - as to whether or not their actions merit receipt of such an award. By de-politicizing the award, it can once again become an honorable award based on merit, and not one guided by race or politics. Perhaps if they can learn that, then the Nobel Piss Prize can once again become the Nobel Peace Prize.

I am not holding my breath on this one…and frankly, neither should you. ***
