Fox News hasn’t decided if it will attend an off-the-record discussion with Attorney General Eric Holder on the Justice Department’s policy of targeting the media in national security leaks investigations.

A person familiar with the company’s internal debate told The Hill on Wednesday that they would be attending, but a story that ran early Thursday said they were undecided.

“Holder, who agreed to conduct a review of DOJ guidelines over investigations that involve journalists, has set up meetings with members of the media for Thursday and Friday,” Fox reported on Thursday. “Fox News was invited to the Friday session at Justice Department headquarters in Washington, though hasn’t yet decided whether to attend.“
