Welcome to Liberalville USA. Liberalville is a land of double talk, empty promises and utter control. Its citizens love saying things like “for the good of all”, “fair share”, “fair shot” and “social justice”. They see racism everywhere they look whether it’s there or not. They cling to the disproven control mechanism called global warming. Or is it man-made climate change? I’m not sure. In Liberalville, words have all kinds of meanings and connotations foreign to the rest of us. This is the town “Julia” lives in. Don’t know Julia? Look up “The Life of Julia” online and you’ll find it. The story is that of a girl who is cared for, cradle to grave by the ever caring Government. Yes, in Liberalville the “State” is mom, dad, extended family, provider, arbiter, controller and King.
In Liberalville women are gods. At least that’s what they’re taught by their Leaders. These women have the power over life and death. It’s true, they do. When a woman there gets pregnant she has a decision to make. Keep the child or kill the child. It’s up to her alone. This isn’t about new life it’s about “women’s health”. The man involved has no say, by the way.
It’s like President Obama said, “When it comes specifically to HIV/AIDS, the most important prevention is education, which should include — which should include abstinence education and teaching the children — teaching children, you know, that sex is not something casual,” he said.
“But it should also include — it should also include other, you know, information about contraception because, look, I’ve got two daughters. 9 years old and 6 years old,” he added.
“I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. But if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby.”
If you “make a mistake” in Liberalville you might “be punished with a baby”. But if you are a woman there you are a god and you don’t have to take your “punishment”. You say “hell no” and abort the mistake and move on. You are a god! Ooooh, such power! It comes without responsibility or retribution. Women in Liberalville decide which children live and which die. It seems counter-Mommy to me. Is not the mother the first and most important line of defense for her children? Weird.
Behind the phony veil of Liberalville problems do exist, however. It is a place where women are also slaves. They seem independent and free and upwardly mobile. They seem warm and safe and content. They were at first but it didn’t last. It couldn’t last. They became slaves to the “State”. There is a reason we grow up and don’t remain as children. If we were meant to be coddled and cared for our entire lives we would remain children. We grow up. We take the reigns. We seek our destiny. The State doesn’t do it for us. But it does in Liberalville. Women there have been conditioned to turn away from traditional things like husband and family and home. The State is those things to those women. The State is all those and God too (except in the case of child killing decisions where the woman becomes God).
To live in Liberalville one chooses to have less freedom. Having the State for a sugar daddy has its price. You trade freedoms and choices away but keep the right to kill your children because that’s a biggie. But the town is “evolving”. People like Melissa Harris-Perry live there and they have something to say. What they say is that your kids aren’t your kids. They belong to the State and the State should have a say in how they live. Toe the line or lose your kids is what I get from it.
Melissa Harris-Perry said: “We have never invested as much in public education as we should have because we’ve always had a private notion of children, your kid is yours and totally your responsibility. We haven’t had a very collective notion of these are our children. So part of it is we have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families and recognize that kids belong to whole communities. Once it’s everybody’s responsibility and not just the household’s we start making better investments.”
This high-minded fathead thinks your kids are subject to HER decisions! What arrogance. I highlighted some key phrases in her remarks. Note the word “collective”. Like Communism is a “collective”. In Liberalville there is no individual. Nobody in Liberalville “built that”. There, everyone is a slave to the State (meaning collective) but especially women. They can kill their babies without a license but if they want to have children they need to toe the State line or lose them. Even if they keep their kids the State will raise them to its needs The mother will have been a mere vessel and she’ll have become that by choice. There won’t be any going back even if she wanted to.

Last November I wrote a column titled “The War on Women”. The following is from that column:
“…….Feminism isn’t about being feminine. It’s about losing your femininity.
Women were being told by their own that they’d been doing it all wrong. They’d become “subjects” to men. Women were suddenly being told that staying home and raising children and taking care of that home is beneath them. They are being used by their selfish husbands and have no life of their own, no career, no money, no freedom. They were told they SHOULD have a career or they are LESS a woman. Those men opening doors for them and giving up a seat on the subway for them…they’re chauvinist pigs…not to be trusted. The feminists did a great job of convincing women that their previously accepted roles at home and in society were forced on them by bitter, selfish men. Women listened, and forgot who they really are.
Fifty years later we have one screwed up society and why not? Women play the most important of roles in society. I said roles, plural. Among them are:
1. Carrying and caring for our children
2. Keeping men from killing themselves and each other
3. Forcing males to grow up and actually become men
4. Give men a purpose in life
Feminism told women to leave home, get a job, have a career, put your kids in daycare, smoke long thin cigarettes, drink man drinks, be promiscuous. Girls learn early that boys want sex and they want it now. Girls used to keep the boys at arms length and had the upper hand. Feminism taught them to actually act like boys! Give it up ladies! Give the boys what they want but on your terms. The terms used to be “I’ll say when” but now they are “Aw go ahead”.”
So now we find ourselves at a place where many women have and will give themselves and their children up to the State. People on the Left like Melissa Harris-Perry know what’s best for women and children. It isn’t the family as we know it. It’s the “Collective”. There is no room for the “individual” in Liberalville.
Maybe in Texas.
