President Obama, in the last month of the lame duck term, has done the unthinkable in his quest to manufacture an excuse for Hillary Clinton’s electoral embarrassment.

As soon as the ballots were counted on November 8th, (and a few in the wee hours of the 9th), the democrats began what should have been the long, arduous process of evaluating what happened to their “inevitable” candidate as she lost to Donald Trump.  Instead, what the democrats did was look for a cheap and easy scapegoat to pin their failures on.

Obama has upped the ante on the phony Russian election story by expelling Russian diplomats from the United States.

One of the first to begin sharing the blame were the Russians, who were accused of tampering with the election in a myriad of murky, undetermined ways.  Obama’s blaming of the Russians ran the gamut from outright interference with vote machines, to collusion with Donald Trump directly, all the way to the planting of “fake” news stories in American conservative media in an attempt to persuade undecided voters.

Never mind that all of these far-fetched and ridiculous accusations have been thoroughly debunked in the weeks since they surfaced – the democrats are sticking to their guns.

Now, in an effort to give further credence to the cockamamy theories being disseminated by the left, President Obama is actively expelling Russian diplomats from the United States – an extremely serious and uncouth maneuver that could bring unbelievable retaliation from the Kremlin.

“President Barack Obama on Thursday ordered the expulsion of 35 Russian diplomats and sanctioned Russian intelligence officials who Washington believes were involved in hacking U.S. political groups in the 2016 presidential election.

“The measures, taken during the last days of Obama’s presidency, mark a new low in U.S.-Russian relations which have deteriorated over serious differences on Ukraine and Syria.

“‘These actions follow repeated private and public warnings that we have issued to the Russian government, and are a necessary and appropriate response to efforts to harm U.S. interests in violation of established international norms of behavior,’ Obama said in a statement from vacation in Hawaii.

“It was not immediately clear whether President-elect Donald Trump, who has repeatedly praised Russian President Vladimir Putin and nominated people seen as friendly toward Moscow to senior administration posts, would seek to roll back the measures once he takes office on Jan. 20.”

These measures come as Russian leader Vladimir Putin has repeatedly asked the United States for any evidence they have to back up their wild story with.  Of course, being that the entire situation is a fallacy concocted by the liberal democrats, President Obama has refused to engage Putin’s request at all, drawing the ire of the Russian government.

Now, with no facts to go on, and no evidence to show, our ineffective and soon-to-be-ousted President decides to take a hard line against the Russians?  If you ask us, it looks like the actions of a spoiled child attempting to leave a mess for whomever will be next in line to clean it up.
