Beck‘s Epic Analysis of Obama’s ‘New Nationalism’ Speech — ‘He is Lying’

President Barack Obama has gone on record numerous times denying the innovation and success of the free market. During Wednesday’s episode of the Glenn Beck Program on GBTV, Glenn noted that while at the Fox News network, he was advised to never call the president a “liar” under any circumstances. The logic being that the public would prefer to hear that the president “misspoke” rather than be lead to believe he could lie.

Well, tonight, on his own network, Glenn did just that — call Obama a liar — and he backed up the assertion with historical facts and figures.

Airing a clip in which the president repeatedly tells an audience, and the greater American public, that capitalism has “never worked” — not in 1920′s, the 1950‘s and 60’s, nor in the 1980′s — Glenn took major issue with Obama’s “fairy tales about history” and proved the president wrong by pointing to the historical instances that made each of those decades Obama smeared as a “failure of the free market,” an actual success.

Well there you go! I could have told you this. Hey Beck is the one we can look to. To hear the strait talk. No one else seems to be man enough to stand up for what is right and real. We as a Nation must come together and get a true and real Conservative in our Top Office of the Presidency. Its the only way we are going to survive the coming troubles we are about to face. I dont think Beck is exaggerating when he paints this coming fall in our Countries Economic situation. I believe Obamas agenda is targeted at tearing down what we were so Founded upon!!!

The conservative economic agenda has deliberately run this economy into the ground. To wit: More than 30 years ago, back in May 1980 and before Ronald Reagan even won the presidential election, Irving Kristol (father of the odious and always-wrong Bill Kristol, and founding member of the neo-conservative movement) authored an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal titled “The Battle for Reagan’s Soul.” In it, Kristol argued the political logic of supply-side tax cuts, even though they would inevitably lead to huge budget deficits:

“And what if the traditionalist-conservatives are right and a . . . tax cut, without corresponding cuts in expenditures, also leaves us with a fiscal problem? The neo-conservative is willing to leave those problems to be coped with by liberal interregnums. He wants to shape the future, and will leave it up to his opponents to tidy up afterwards.”
      (H/t Jacob S. Hacker & Paul Pierson, Winner-Take-All Politics.)

Our current economic morass is nothing less than treason. Nice work Republicons.

WHy don’t you head back over to huff-n-puff you moron. You’ve drank so much of the kool-aid you could serve as a kool-aid billboard. God forbid you get your way, for if you do, you will live to regret it. So go back, they’re missing their villages idiot.
        How about now?

I am in agreement with your stand. Last week he nixed the oil pipeline. The same week he exported 2000 jobs & a billion dollar contract to Brazil ( the Beechcraft fighter plane) he presented a lame explanation: that we must help the global economy by sending the jobs to Brazil, ( a close ally of Iran.) Obama believes that we are so ‘dumb-downed’, blind sheep who are so disinterested that we swallow what he gives us. AWAKE people. We are going into the nighttime.

Hurrah for Glenn Beck’s courage and an admonishment to FOX News, the TV news service that is supposed to be “fair and balanced,” which, in my book, means “telling the truth.”

No, no, no, Obama did not “misspeak.” He did exactly what Mr.Beck said: Obama lied and lied and lied.

When has Obama ever told the truth? He’s been talking jobs creation since he took office. The jobs created: thousands of government jobs, but no jobs worth mentioning that created goods to be sold.

    Ever onward, Mr.Beck!!!

    • toosmarttovoteGOP

Typical conservative Orwellianism, calling the truth lies. *Yeesh*

George Orwell was a liberal who fought against Franco in the Spanish Civil war & in his books he was writing about guys like you & your hidden agendas.

        • Mike McConeghey

You seem to know more about Spanish history than that of the USA. The “hidden agenda” of Beck’s fellow patriots is life, and liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We ask our civil servants to swear an oath to defend our Constitution against threats domestic, and foreign (threats like socialism which denies such freedom.)

When Obama was elected, my gut feeling was that he was going to be wrong for the country. He played. the race card and duped his own people. He hasn’t stopped duping people and continues to do so. The same misrepresentation about being christian, never was, never will be. Just one word describes this man – Narcissist.

  • toosmarttovoteGOP

Consider the source of the “analysis”. With the first sentence being a lie, this does not bode well for the rest of the article.

  • ONTIME

Why shouldn’t this fraud continue to lie, no one can check his credentials much less his BC and yet we let this snake oil salesman sit in the Oval Office and run the frigging country….we must be the stupidest people on earth.

  • catfish

Anyone that lies will steal, and Ohomo fits this to a “T”!

  • cheryl

Obama is a pathological liar. If his mother and grandmother were still alive they would tell you this started at a very early age. You can’t believe a thing he says. Muslim’s believe it’s ok to lie if you it gets you what you want.
He will lie to you about what he’s going to do in his next term. That is one thing you can count on. Since he won’t have to run for another term it will be full speed ahead to finish off this country.

This speech actually incited in me feelings I haven’t felt in quite some time.
So I went out and chewed my tires off of my car.

Me, too. It made me afraid because I heard it from the horse’s mouth.

I have made an exciting discovery that is so powerful it could actually save the human race! That discovery is the Fast Food Industry! Even though outsiders may attack the Industry as causing people to have bad and unhealthy eating habits, making our kids overweight and obese, and wasting America’s food money along with killing people over time, you may never find finer examples of honesty, good will, and nonpartisan cooperation. I have never seen or heard anyone attack McDonalds for being too big to fail! When was the last time you heard Taco Bell stealing from the middle class and poor. No, the Fast Food Industry does not favor the wealthy and powerful over the poor and weak. Class warfare does not exist. You will not see an ad by Burger King accusing Jack in the Box of terrible tasting food or that McDonalds overcharges customers on the west coast so they can lower prices for their east coast friends. Generally speaking the Fast Food Industry is well thought of. You see, the Fast Food Industry protects its members and will even build their businesses next to each other almost anywhere in the world. Now, what does my astute observational discovery have to do with the price of tea in China? It’s all very simple: The Fast Food Industry is the exact opposite of congress. Congress allows parts of America’s business industry grow too large to fail, allows some to tack advantage of its consumers, puts some businesses ahead of others with tax breaks, and generally causes ill will toward just about everyone in the world. They fight amongst themselves and call each other names, blaming the others for their own mistakes, and will even advertise on TV lying about how terrible one member of the other side is for America. Whereas America and the world tend to like the Fast Food Industry almost everyone hates congress. By tearing each other down people begin to not trust and even not approve of the whole congress industry. Yes, congress could learn a lot from the Fast Food Industry and by working together could indeed create a beautiful and peaceful world.

Why don’t people get together and play the clip of obama saying “capitalism never worked” on the sidewalk near every elections centers on voted day in 2012? Better yet, let’s send the clip viral on the internet to everyone we know.

I can’t even imagine how many ignorant people Omamba believes their are for him to preach to. Sometimes I think that his followers must be on the payrole. Wow, I just realized that they are on the payrole by way of government hand outs or is it “Obama’s Stash”?

Miss you at 5:00 Glen. The Five, in your place, isn’t worth five minutes. It’s noisy and unsubstantial.

    • diane

Boy isn’t that the truth – I can’t believe that was the best thing Fox could think up at 5 pm – I would much rather see Judge Napolotano or even Mike Huckabee – or how about a show with Ambassador Bolton on it?
I have XM radio and when the five comes on I change over to cnbc.
